Welcome to my website ! My Photography business works in two ways. The commercial side involves me 'shooting' and adding around 3,000 new pictures a year to my Stock Image library, which holds over 58,000 images. (July 2010) 3,600 of these are lodged with the Garden Image Library and hundreds more of my images are licensed through Advocate-Art. I shoot totally digital now and apart from the hours (Days) spent on the computer editing & manipulating new Images, I find the results much improved over film. The last 22,000 pictures are all digital files. I 'shoot' images mainly for the greetings card and calendar markets, but now I find that my pictures are being printed onto many other products; Posters, T’shirts, Sweatshirts, Bags, Gift wrap, Mouse mats and even Children's underwear & Socks. The possibilities are endless! On the Social Photography side; I
am an experienced
Wedding Photographer,
and
over the last 20 years have
photographed many couples '
happy day' and then gone on to shoot their new young family members Although Weddings have changed a lot over the years moving from the very formal to a more relaxed informal and reportage style of photography. specialist in photographing animals and children (Yes! being a little mad is good) I am often asked to shoot Portraits of peoples pets, their owners & their owners families, sometimes at home but my favorite is to take photographs in the garden or on location. I also Photograph local play-schools & dance schools in Norfolk & Suffolk as well as some
commercial photography for local companies. I also design and supply
small or large quantities of
Greetings cards,
Business cards and Brochures for individual artists & companies, either with supplied pictures or with images from my own Stock Iibrary. Card prices range between 40 pence & £1.00 per card depending on quantity.
Fine Art Canvas prints:
Gallery Style, ready to hang canvas prints' look fantastic in the home or office and although there is a dedicated ‘Fine Art’ section of images on this website which in my mind are really suited to canvas, any image in the library can be printed onto canvas or purchased as a ‘straight’ photographic print. They also look great with pictures of your family, your children & your pets. New this year is '
Camera Class'. This service is aimed mainly at people new to digital photography or those eager to learn and improve their photographic & computer editing skills. With 2 and 4 hour, plus whole day sessions, I can show individuals and small groups how to shoot better pictures and then improve, manipulate and print them using Photoshop or similar
computer programs. Sessions can be divided shooting/computer, all
shooting or all computer.
No Exams or written work! Just good, practical tuition and help! Sessions available in Norfolk area only. Prices start at £25.00 per person per 2 hour session
