As a Location Photographer I shoot over 3,000 new pictures a year to add to my Stock Picture library, which to date holds over 47,000 images. 3,600 of these are lodged with the garden image library which supplies seed catalogue companies & gardening magazines. More images are logged with Advocate Art.
38,000 of these images have were shot on transparency film, but time moves on and now I has gone completely over to digital and apart from the hours spent on the computer editing & manipulating, I find the results much improved over film. Until recently, I shot images mainly for the greetings card and calendar markets, but now I find my images being printed onto ‘T’shirts, sweatshirts, bags, giftwrap and even Children's underwear. The possibilities are endless! I have also been
'shooting' Weddings for over 16 years. They have changed a lot over the years moving from a formal to a more relaxed informal and reportage style of photography. Most couples enjoy a mix of both styles. See the Wedding section in my Website. As a
specialist in photographing animals and children I am often commissioned to shoot Portraits of peoples pets, their owners & their owners families, local playschools, dance schools as well as some commercial photography for local companies. I can also produce and supply
small quantities of
Christmas and Greetings cards,
Business cards and Brochures using my Stock Images for companies or private individuals.
Fine Art Canvas prints are the 'In thing' with interior design now. These ' Gallery Style, ready to hang prints' look fantastic in the home or office and although there is a dedicated ‘Fine Art’ section of images on this website which in my mind are really suited to canvas, any image in the library can be purchased as a canvas or as a ‘straight’ photographic print. New this year is '
Camera Class'. This service is aimed mainly at people new to digital photography or those eager to learn and improve their photographic skills. With 2 and 4 hour, plus whole day sessions, I hope to show individuals and small groups how to take better pictures, improve & manipulate them and print them using Photoshop or similar computer programs. Sessions can be divided shooting/computer, all shooting or all computer.
No Exams or written work! Just good, practical tuition and help! Sessions available in Norfolk area only. Prices start at £25.00 per person.
